POCATELLO – Growing up, Caitlin Vitale-Sullivan always had an interest in music, as she was classically trained in violin for 12 years. It wasn’t until Vitale-Sullivan went to Norway as a Rotary Exchange student that she became interested in the varying types of folk music around the world.

Jared Cantrell named Idaho State University 2017-18 Student Employee of the Year

POCATELLO — Jared Cantrell,  a senior  Idaho State University Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering employee has received the ISU 2017-2018 Student Employee of the Year Scholarship and a $2,000 scholarship from the ISU Career Center and Scholarship Office.

Idaho State University Athletes, Kasiska Division of Health Sciences SCORE℠ in Partnership with Dairy West

MERIDIAN - Whether you are a collegiate athlete or a dairy cow, there is no substitute for good nutrition. Both Natalie Christensen, registered dietitian and Michael Siegersma, dairy farmer, took a considerable amount of time to highlight the importance of a healthy, balanced diet, for both humans and Holsteins, during a recent trip to Eagle Ridge Dairy near Kuna. Even Idaho State University’s mascot, Benny the Bengal, came along to spend some time down on the farm.
