Idaho State University researcher discovers first Idaho dinosaur burrow  

POCATELLO –Idaho State University Department of Geosciences affiliate researcher L.J. Krumenacker has discovered and documented the first dinosaur burrow in Idaho, which is just the second dinosaur burrow discovered in North America and the third discovered in the world. Both North American burrows are from the dinosaur Oryctodromeus, Idaho’s most common dinosaur.

Idaho State’s fall enrollment shows positive trends and areas for improvement

POCATELLO – Idaho State University’s total student enrollment headcount for the Fall 2019 Census Day was 12,425, a slight increase of 0.3 percent from the previous year. The overall positive enrollment report includes a sizeable increase in Early College (dual credit) students. The increase in dual credit enrollment offsets a multi-year decline in undergraduate degree-seeking students at Idaho State.
