Idaho Museum of Natural History fundraising for science camps during Idaho Gives

POCATELLO – The Idaho Museum of Natural History on Idaho State University Pocatello campus has a full line-up of “Building Young Scientists” camps and activities this summer for K-12-grade students and will host an Idaho Gives 24-hour fundraising event on May 3 to help fund these programs.

POCATELLO — Ten Idaho State University students, faculty members and organizations were honored with Benny Awards for their spirit, hard work and positive impact on the University by the Associated Students of Idaho State University and the Office of Student Affairs. MERIDIAN - Whether you are a collegiate athlete or a dairy cow, there is no substitute for good nutrition. Both Natalie Christensen, registered dietitian and Michael Siegersma, dairy farmer, took a considerable amount of time to highlight the importance of a healthy, balanced diet, for both humans and Holsteins, during a recent trip to Eagle Ridge Dairy near Kuna. Even Idaho State University’s mascot, Benny the Bengal, came along to spend some time down on the farm.
