Idaho State University Japan Night will be April 13

POCATELLO – Idaho State University’s Japan Club will host its annual Japan Night on April 13 in the Pond Student Union Ballroom.

Oboler Library hosts “Daughters of Eve” exhibition by Marilyn Hoff Hansen

POCATELLO – A collection of works by Marilyn Hoff Hansen will be on display in the Oboler Library at Idaho State University from April 2 through the end of June and there is an opening artist reception on April 10.

Idaho Museum of Natural History to host 30th annual Science Trek April 26-27; sign-up deadline is April 8

POCATELLO – The Idaho Museum of Natural History will host its 30th annual overnight Science Trek beginning on April 26 at 5 p.m. and concluding on April 27 at 8 a.m. This annual event, which is open to third to fifth graders, is a gateway for young scientists to learn more about the sciences and explore possibilities for a future career.

ISU Professor Mustafa Mashal receives ASCE Engineer of the Year Award

POCATELLO – Idaho State University Assistant Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering Mustafa Mashal was awarded the Southern Idaho Section Engineer of the Year award at the 2019 American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Outstanding Civil Engineering Achievement Awards Banquet on March 19.
