ISU to present the comedy-drama production of “Shakespeare in Love”

POCATELLO – Idaho State University’s School of Performing Arts will present the comedy-drama “Shakespeare in Love” on April 12, 13, 18, 19 and 20 in the Beverly B. Bistline Theatre in the L.E. and Thelma E. Stephens Performing Arts Center.

POCATELLO  – Idaho State University debaters Kaden Marchetti and Nate Mortimer argued their way to the top national honor in Public Forum Debate at the Pi Kappa Delta National Tournament early this week that was held at Hofstra University in Hempstead,  New York.

POCATELLO – Music legend Jimmy Buffett helped the Idaho State University Pep Band get over its disappointment after playing during the ISU Women’s Basketball team’s heart-breaking loss to Eastern Washington Tuesday at the Big Sky Tournament in Boise.

ISU anthropologists working on documenting life of 500-year-old mummy with researchers across country

POCATELLO – Researchers from Idaho State University, the Idaho Museum of Natural History, Michigan State University, the University of New Hampshire and Pennsylvania State University are working to document and return the remains of a 500-year-old Incan mummy to Bolivia.

POCATELLO – Idaho State University will host a series of “Speak Out: Community Empowerment Against Sexual Violence” events during the month of April that will include several month-long events, a talk by Liz Seccuro on April 2 and a roundtable discussion on April 17.

POCATELLO – The Idaho State University Rupp Debate Society team tied for first place on March 3 in the Climb the Mountain spring season online tournament.
