Read through the agenda to help get an idea of how the event will flow! You will also want to familiarize yourself with the Advising & Registration booklet. This will help prepare you to build a class schedule and to better understand the general education requirements before meeting with your Academic Advisor.

Step 2

Grab Your Laptop or Mobile Device

You are not required to have a camera or microphone to attend the main webinar. However, you will be meeting your Academic Advisor during a session in the afternoon, and we encourage you to have camera and microphone access for that introduction. We highly recommend downloading the Zoom App to your device and creating a Zoom account using the same email address you used when you RSVP'd for this event.

Access the Event on Tuesday, June 18 at 9:00 a.m. MST

Join the webinar and come prepared with any questions you have about starting classes this fall! While it can be challenging to remain focused with virtual presentations, we encourage you to be prepared to stay engaged for the duration of the event. Having water and snacks on hand, taking notes, and using the Q&A feature are all great ways to stay focused and involved with the webinar!

Join your Advising Session at 11:50 a.m. MST

In order to schedule and prepare for your class registration and advising appointment, you will be introduced to your Academic Advisor at the end of today's main webinar. Once the main webinar has concluded, you will be directed to enter a new Zoom room where your Academic Advisor will be waiting to greet you. We will post these links during the webinar, but if you experience any technical difficulties, all links will also be posted at the bottom of this page for easy access.
