- Provide a complete bibliographic citation (author, title, vol., no., mo., yr, pp.). See the Online Course Reserve Request Form for more details.
- Include the complete URL/web address to the online material on the Course Reserve Request Form. Provide a persistent link to the material if available. Persistent links are condensed versions of the primary URL/ Web address and are easier to add to the Online Course Reserve system. Not all databases in the Library have persistent links; however, those that do can be found within the article's citation information. Click here for more information about persistent links.
- Please note that many full-text journal articles are already available online. They can be found within library databases using the Databases link on the Eli M. Oboler Library's home page. Full-text items from Library databases are preferred because they do not require copyright permission when used for subsequent semesters. They can also be added more quickly to the Online Reserve System.
