Licensed Premises Agreement
The University Housing Licensed Premises Agreement is for one-academic year. Please be sure to check your MYISU Housing Portal page to review the terms of each agreement.
GENERAL TIMELINE FOR HOUSING
AUGUST
Move in begins one week before start of classes. Fall semester begins and all students must be officially checked in by 10th day of classes
SEPTEMBER
Last day to change meal plan for fall semester (2 weeks after 1st day of classes)
OCTOBER
The next academic year application becomes available
NOVEMBER
November 1st, is the due date to submit a Hardship request for Spring semester. A $200 late termination fee will be assessed if submitted after December 1st.
Fall Break: No classes, all housing remains open, dining services are closed/limited service.
DECEMBER
End of fall semester. Licensees approved for Spring semester agreement termination must check-out by 2:00 pm the day after fall finals.
JANUARY
Move in begins the Friday before Spring semester classes. Last day to change meal plan for Spring semester is 2 weeks after the first day of Spring semester classes.
MARCH
Spring Break: no classes, housing remains open, limited dining options available
MAY
Licensee's must be checked out by 2:00 pm the day after finals unless they have a licensed premises agreement for the summer semester.

NEW RESIDENT TIMELINE

| Cancellation deadline | May 24 | First Cancellation Deadline (100% of deposit refunded) |
| Waitlist Offers | May 25 | New residents will receive offers from the housing waitlist according to availability. Offers sent to isu.edu email and require 48 hour response |
| Available Spaces | June 15 | Unassigned reserved spaces become available |
| Cancellation deadline | July 7 | 2nd Cancellation Deadline (50% of deposit refunded) |
| Cancellation deadline | August 1 | Forfeit of Deposit and $400.00 cancellation fee assessed |
| Move-In Open for Fall | One week before classes begin | |

| Move-In Deadline | 10th Day of Classes | Must be officially moved-in to assigned housing unit. Failure will result in cancellation |
