Uploading Forms

• Box is a secure way to upload forms to our office. More information about Box Security.
• Please provide an email address that you check regularly in case we need to contact you.
• Incomplete or inaccurate forms may be returned for correction.
• Please allow up to one week for documents to show as received in your BengalWeb.
• Include student ID in the file description. Any forms without student ID numbers will be deleted.
• Contact ISU Financial Aid if you have any questions about your upload.
• All cell phone pictures will be deleted.
