Faculty members play a vital role in the intellectual and professional formation of ISU students. Our graduates appreciate our faculty’s presence as we bear witness to this milestone in their lives. Commencement is an opportunity to celebrate our students, but it is also a time to recognize our faculty’s achievement in shepherding another class of students through their time at ISU.
Know a graduating student with a big ROAR? Encourage them to apply for Commencement Speaker!

Celebrate Your Doctoral Grads!
Are you an advisor whose doctoral student will be graduating? Make sure that your advisees know that they may be hooded by you at commencement. They might not realize that is an option. Make these arrangements now so everyone can mark their calendars!
Ask your graduate to submit our hooding survey to provide us with the necessary information.
