In order to schedule in the Pond Student Union, Rendezvous and outdoor spaces, please consider the following questions before filling out the room request form.

What is the name of your event?
When is your event?
Which room would you like?
How do you want your room set up?
How many people in attendance?
Which organization are you with?

Do you need audio visual?
Will you need zoom capability?
Do you have your index code ready? (ISU Departments)
How much time do you need to set up?
Will there be catering?
Do you require parking?
