Salmon Steak with Lemon Pepper

Ingredients
1-2 lb salmon steak
1 tsp Sea salt
1 tsp Lemon pepper
1 tsp Garlic salt
1 tsp Dried Basil
3 TBS Olive oil
Directions
- Place a piece of tinfoil on a rimmed cookie sheet.
- Drizzle some olive oil on the tinfoil and spread it around.
- Place the salmon steak on the tinfoil above the olive oil.
- Sprinkle the fish with your choice of seasonings and rub them around gently to cover the fish and incorporate.
- Cover the fish with another piece of tinfoil.
- Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 20-30 minutes or until the fish flakes. Fish is done when it is juicy but comes off in light pink chunks when you poke it with a fork.
Serve with vegetables!
