Display Requirements
- The file dimensions must be exactly 16 inches in width and 9 inches in height (16:9 format).
- The file format must be Jpeg/jpg.
- Maximum file size is 5MB (megabytes).
- All text on your file that is vital to understanding your message must be at least .75 inches from the edge of the graphic. This ensures that no content your audience needs to understand what is being communicated gets cut off.
- Files must be in line with the brand guidelines of the institution that you are primarily affiliated with.
