Bio

Rachel Hulse, EdD, MLS (ASCP)CM, is the Program Director for the Medical Laboratory Science Laboratory program at Idaho State University and has worked as a certified laboratory scientist for over 15 years. Rachel earned her BS and MS at the University of Utah, another MS at Brigham Young University, and her doctorate at Idaho State University.
