2022 ISU Employee Engagement Survey Results
ISU Employee Engagement
At Idaho State University, we believe that engaged employees are vital to our success as an organization. Engaged employees come to work with an energy and enthusiasm that enhances ISU’s student-centered mission.
Employee Engagement Task Force
In 2018, ISU established an Employee Engagement Task Force. The Task Force's goals include regularly collecting data and feedback related to engagement, workplace satisfaction, employee wellbeing, and serving as liaison with shared governance groups, leadership, and Human Resources on matters related to employee morale and long-term engagement strategies. This collaborative group is composed of representatives from
- Faculty
- Staff
- Staff council
- Student body
Using the results of the surveys, the task force supports academic and non-academic units across ISUs campuses in continually improving programs and processes with the goal to create a work environment based on trust that provides stability, cultivates compassion, and instills hope. This group also actively seeks opportunities to focus on diversity, equity and inclusion, and provide transparency with respect to morale and engagement with the campus community.
