Technology Support within ITS combines the expertise of the IT Service Desk and Classroom Technology teams to deliver comprehensive technical assistance and support across all ISU campuses. This unified team is committed to providing high-quality, dependable services to meet the diverse needs of students, faculty, and staff.

IT Service Desk
The IT Service Desk offers technical support for university-owned devices via email, online chat, phone, and in-person assistance. The team handles a wide range of requests including:
- Password resets
- Account creation
- Wireless network access
- VPN setup
- PC configuration for faculty and staff
- And much more.

Classroom Technology
The Classroom Technology team focuses on maintaining and supporting instructional and collaborative technologies in ISU’s classrooms and meeting spaces. They serve as the second and third tier for inquiries related to multimedia projectors, speakers, document cameras, and other AV/IT equipment to ensure seamless teaching and learning experiences. They also evaluate and implement new educational technologies to align with ISU's pedagogical needs.
