Sending our Bengals Out Looking Fierce! EM’s Career Closet Donation Challenge
Enrollment Management’s Giving Back Initiative this year will be to support the ISU career closet housed in the Veteran Student Services Center. The career closet is open to any student who needs appropriate clothing for an interview or other significant life event. We want to send our Bengals out into the world looking fierce! EM challenges other units in Student Affairs to join them in this effort.
Please take a few minutes to go through your closet for any gently used items you are no longer wearing or to donate some new items if you are so inclined. New or gently used business/professional wear items can be donated. More contemporary styles would be appreciated, and a range of sizes is needed (see list of suggested donations below). Donations will be collected in the New Student Orientation Office Suite until noon on September 9.

If you are looking for other ways to help, consider joining EM for an hour or two at the Career Closet at 1:00 p.m. on September 9 to help them sort the donations, organizing outfits by size, lending your skills with alterations, or steaming and ironing clothing. And they ask that you tell your friends and colleagues and ask for their support or donations.
