Research Labs

The Measurement and Control Engineering Research Center (MCERC) is a state approved research center, operating since 1993 on ISU’s main campus in Pocatello. The center’s main mission is to facilitate research in controls applicable to all of the engineering disciplines and stimulate collaborative research with other programs/departments on campus as well as with other national and international institutions and laboratories. The MCERC is structured by a cluster of specialized laboratories, which are introduced in detail below:
