This demo is to show that water boils at different temperatures when the pressure is different. This demo shows that water will boil at room temperature when the pressure is low. This is done by filling a 250 mL beaker to 200 mL with water and then putting it in the vacuum chamber. Once the pressure gets low enough the water will be visibly boiling.
