Heat Pipe Demo Pair

Materials: String to hold pipes to rods in the water, 3 rods, 2 90 degree clamps, Heat Pipe, Solid Copper Tube, Hot Water, Thermometer (If Necessary)

This demo is to show how well heat pipes conduct heat better than solid pipes. These heat pipes have a wick, water, and water vapor. Due to the hollow nature and rate water heats up and the wick to help spread the vapor throughout the pipe allowing it to heat up quickly. The demo shows this by having the two pipes hanging in hot water and either touching and feeling the heat or having a thermometer and comparing the heat difference between them. DO NOT BEND HEAT PIPES
