Materials: Pasco Carts, Force Sensors, Pasco Track, Pasco Weights, Pasco Track, Universal Interface, Capstone Program on PC, PC

Attach one Pasco Force Sensor to both Pasco Dynamics Carts. Attach spring-&-cup collision bumpers to the force sensors.  Connect the force sensors to the Pasco Laboratory Interface, shown on the middle shelf of the computer cart at far right.  Use the Pasco Science Workshop software to collect the data from the force sensors.  Make the carts collide on the Pasco Dynamics Track.  Vary the speeds and masses of the carts.  Show that in all cases, the force on each cart is equal in magnitude.
