This demo is to show type 1, type 2, and type 3 pulleys (simple and compound). The setup for this demo takes a little bit, so some notice before use would be appreciated. The pulleys that must be used in this demo are low friction and be sure that the pulleys connected to the masses are either by a hook or eyebolt. The string that is used should be a thicker string, so that it does not break. The small masses in the picture are just to keep the tension in the string while it is idle. The demo is shown by replacing the small masses with a force sensor and you are able to show the force of each pulley system.
