Rolling Rails

Materials: Rolling Rails, Die Hard Car Jump Pack, 3 Little Rails

This demo is to show the Lorentz force. This is done by having the jump pack connected to the rails that are exposed and also make sure they are connected so the little rail goes the correct direction. Then set the little rail on the same side as the Die Hard pack. Once this is done turn on the Die Hard pack and see the rail move with sparks due to the Lorentz force. The rails do heat up due to high current so be careful not to get burned. Also the rails work best if cleaned as needed.
