The Idaho State University College of Education is proud to offer a 100% online fee-based teacher education program for undergraduate students. This program seeks to meet the needs of part time, post traditional students, who are unable to enroll in a traditional full time face-to-face program due to family, work, or personal commitments, but who are focused on achieving their educational and career goals. If you are interested in a flexible, affordable Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or Special Education, then the Online Teacher Education program is for you!
This accredited program allows for a low-cost, high-quality education all in the comfort of your own home! We meet students where they are, and prepare you to earn your Idaho Teacher Certification.
$283 per credit
The Online Teacher Education fee-based program costs only $283 per credit.
*This cost does not include national test fees, textbooks, or certification fees (background check, fingerprinting, and Praxis II fees)
Out-of-state students
Out-of-state students also pay the same rate of $283 per credit!
Note: Out-of-state students may need to fulfill additional certification requirements to meet their state's teaching certification requirements. Please meet with an advisor in the College of Education's Kent Center for Student Success to learn more.
