Matthew Wright Named Title IX Coordinator

We are pleased to announce that Matthew Wright assumed the duties of the Title IX Coordinator in the Office of Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action and Diversity for Idaho State University on January 29, 2018.  Matthew is ISU’s first stand-alone Title IX Coordinator. The creation of this new position affirms ISU’s commitment to addressing and preventing gender-based harassment and discrimination on our campus.

Matthew previously served as the Contracts and Civil Rights Specialist in the Office of General Counsel at Idaho State University.  He has been with the University since 2016. He received a J.D. from the University of Utah, College of Law and an M.L.I.S from University of Washington, School of Library and Information Services. Prior to his appointment, Matthew was a key part of ISU’s Title IX response team and has investigated multiple discrimination/title IX complaints at ISU.
