ISU Physics Presents Science Demos in Fire and Ice
The Program of Physics and the Society of Physics Students at ISU will be presenting a “Fire and Ice” demonstration show free of charge and open to the public on Saturday, April 29, from 4:00 - 5:30 pm in room 140 of the Physical Science Building on the south west corner of 8th St. and Carter St. on the ISU campus. The demo show will feature a Fire Tornado, Ice Bombs, a Giant Jug Rocket, Liquid Nitrogen, the Flaming Wave Tube, Air Frozen Solid, Methane Fireballs, and much, much more. Show up at 3:00 pm for hovercraft rides, “hair raising” with our Van deGraff generator, and other hands-on science activities.
