Idaho State University graduate student Larry Leibrock awarded Fulbright Shuman Fellowship

POCATELLO – Idaho State University’s Larry Leibrock, a political science research fellow at the ISU Informatics Research Institute, has been awarded a Fulbright Shuman Fellowship to conduct research and teach for six months at Oxford University, England, starting in January.

Idaho State University history students write biographies of Idaho suffragists, to be published on Women and Social Movements in the United States website

POCATELLO – History students at Idaho State University have written biographies of Idaho suffragists as part of professor Erika Kuhlman’s Women in the North American West class. The biographies will be featured on the website Women and Social Movements in the United States early next year.

POCATELLO – Idaho State University’s Cooperative Wilderness Handicapped Outdoor Group (CW HOG) has teamed up with Pebble Creek Ski Area for the 2017 Pocatello Adaptive Ski School starting Jan. 12. Instructor training begins Jan. 6.

Martin Luther King Jr. Day march and program set Jan. 16 at Idaho State University

POCATELLO – The Idaho State University Diversity Resource Center will host its annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day march on Jan. 16.

Get out of your house and into the trees at the IMNH newest exhibit opening Jan. 28

POCATELLO – This spring, families can spend some quality time hanging out in the trees with a visit to the newest exhibit Tree Houses opening Jan. 28 at the Idaho Museum of Natural History at Idaho State University.
