Fifteen Idaho State University Affiliates Recognized in “Twenty under 40”
Fifteen Idaho State University affiliates were recognized as part of the “Twenty under 40” event held by Idaho State Journal, Southeast Idaho Business Journal and other sponsors that was held in April at the Stephens Performing Arts Center.
The “Twenty under 40” event is held to recognize young professionals under age 40 in Southeast Idaho.
Ten of those recognized are ISU alumni: Kash Morrison, owner of Morrison Fabrication; Jeremy Hess, middle school teacher and athletic director at Grace Lutheran School; Katie Grant, middle school teacher at Grace Lutheran School; Kelly Ricken, graduate student fellow in the ISU Department of English and Department of Psychology; Mindy Hong, executive director of the Pocatello Free Clinic; Jenifer Reader, president of Pocatello Dieticians and clinical director at Portneuf Medical Center; Melissa Caudle, instructor in health education at ISU; Mindy Benedetti, CEO of HealthWest Inc.; Nick Muckerman, principal at Edahow Elementary School; and Jason Meador, general manager of Phil Meador Auto Group.
Reader, Ricken and Caudle are also current faculty or staff at ISU..
There were five additional ISU faculty and staff: Daniel Hummel, assistant professor of political science; Grant Harville, artistic director and conductor for the Idaho State Civic Symphony and assistant professor of music at ISU; Kyra Stull, anthropology assistant professor; Neil Tocher, associate professor in management; and Stuart Summers, associate vice president of marketing and communication at ISU.
Winners were announced in April at the Stephens Performing Arts Center.
