ISU Physics and Pocatello Kiwanis to host a Haunted Science Lab Oct. 26

POCATELLO – The Idaho State University Department of Physics and the Kiwanis Club of Pocatello will host a Haunted Science Laboratory exhibit open to the public on Saturday, Oct. 26, from 4 to 9 p.m. in the old Pocatello Street Operations Building at 1080 South First Ave. in Pocatello.

POCATELLO – “Timor Mortis Conturbat Me: Fantasy and Fear,” a lecture by English Professor Brian Attebery, will be hosted by the Idaho State University Department of English and Philosophy on Friday, Oct. 18 at 3:30 p.m. in Kegel Liberal Arts Building Room 256 on the ISU campus.

Idaho State University to host Indigenous Peoples Day Celebration on Oct. 14

POCATELLO – Idaho State University will host its inaugural Indigenous Peoples Day Celebration on Oct. 14, which will feature a sunrise ceremony, speeches, panel discussions, workshops, performances and a film screening.

POCATELLO – On Oct. 25 and 26 the Idaho State-Civic Symphony will continue its 2019-2020 Storied Season by performing two concerts featuring music from some of the most popular films of all time – accompanied by clips of the movies projected on a gigantic silver screen.
