Recovery Journey: A Group for Navigating Substance Use

Free group services for students who are looking to reduce or manage their substance use within a supportive community of peers every Thursday from 1 - 2:30 p.m. on the third floor of Graveley Hall in the Counseling and Mental Health Center. Group discussions will include common triggers, developing strategies for responding to cravings/urges, and exploring experiences that provide genuine fulfillment.
