Fischer Identity Management Upgrade March 21

ISU’s Identity Management software (which verifies your identity when you log into ISU resources) will undergo an upgrade after the end of business on Friday, March 21, 2025. During most of this upgrade, ISU users will still be able to login to ISU systems as usual. However, as the vendor completes the upgrade, there will be a brief interruption of service sometime Saturday, March 22. 

After this expected interruption, users who go to the iam.isu.edu website (to change their password, set up a new phone, etc) will see a new interface.  Regular users logging in to ISU resources will not see any change.
