Employee Appreciation Week and Years of Service Recognition

Faculty and Staff,

We are incredibly grateful for each of you and the impact you make every day—assisting, teaching, and supporting our students, visitors, colleagues, and community! To thank you and show our appreciation, we invite you to celebrate Employee Appreciation Week from Monday, March 31 – Friday, April 4, 2025. Get ready for a week filled with fun activities, sweet treats, personal development workshops, and campus celebration events! Whether you join us in person or virtually, there’s something for everyone, and events and activities will be hosted across our campus locations.

This year ISU will host its first-ever Faculty and Staff Years of Service Recognition Celebration, to recognize both staff and faculty years of service honorees who are achieving important milestones (5, 10, 15 years, etc.) in 2025. These events will be hosted open-house style, and the entire campus community is invited to attend to celebrate with our colleagues and 2025 faculty and staff honorees. RSVP is not required. Light refreshments will be served, and President Wagner or his designee will give remarks approximately 45 minutes after the event begins.

• Idaho Falls: Friday, April 4, 2 - 4 p.m., Bennion Student Union Multipurpose Room

• Free Group Fitness Classes - The entire semester courtesy of the Recreation and Wellness Center

• Catching up with President Wagner - Bring your questions and enjoy an open Q & A 
• Be a Bengal Awards (invitation only) - Celebrate and recognize 2024 nominees & winners 

Please visit the Employee Appreciation Week website for additional details and to register for activities and events. Please coordinate with your supervisors and teams to plan your attendance in these activities to ensure offices can remain open to support student needs.

Additionally, Lookout Credit Union is offering a $500 scholarship for ISU faculty and staff during this week. Visit their website to apply for the scholarship. Faculty or staff must be in a benefit eligible position with ISU as of March 31, 2025  to qualify for the scholarship. One entry per person and entries must be received by 5 p.m. on Friday March 28, 2025.
