Commencement Volunteers Needed for May 10

Pocatello’s commencement ceremonies are Saturday, May 10, 2025 in the ICCU Dome. 

Because this is such a large-scale event, we need many volunteers to help make the day run smoothly for our graduates and their guests. Volunteer roles will include ushers, college line-up and processional support, directional guides, and more. 

If you would like to volunteer, please complete this sign-up form by April 7. Volunteers will receive detailed instructions and will have the opportunity to attend a pre-commencement walkthrough the Friday afternoon prior to commencement.

If you wish to volunteer for this event, please coordinate with your supervisor prior to signing up. Classified staff will be compensated for time worked during commencement and must coordinate with their supervisors to determine whether this time will be managed as work hour adjustments, compensatory time, or paid overtime.

Commencement is our chance, as a campus community, to celebrate the hard work and accomplishments of our students, and it would not happen without your support. We truly appreciate all you do.
