Annual Respectful Workplace Training Available in January

January 9, 2025

As a requirement from the State of Idaho Division of Human Resources (DHR), ISU faculty and staff are joining all other state employees in completing Respectful Workplace Training. The goal of this initiative is to support a safe, inclusive and respectful workplace. With that in mind, we've updated the material to include information on ISU's Abusive Conduct Policy.

Respectful Workplace Training Requirement:
DHR requires that all State of Idaho employees complete Respectful Workplace Training. Completion of this training is required for benefit-eligible faculty and staff to be eligible for FY26 change in employee compensation (CEC) pay increases, should they be approved by the legislature.

Two formats of this training will be offered: (Either format satisfies the Respectful Workplace training requirement.)
