Volunteers Needed for Spring Commencement May 4

Because this is such a large-scale event, we need staff volunteers to help make the day run smoothly for our graduates and their guests. Volunteer roles will include greeters, ushers, processional support, ceremony flow, and more. 

If you would like to volunteer, please complete this sign-up form by April 5. Volunteers will receive detailed instructions and will have the opportunity to attend a pre-commencement walkthrough the Friday prior to commencement.

If you wish to volunteer for this event, please coordinate with your supervisor prior to signing up. Classified staff will be compensated for time worked during commencement and must coordinate with their supervisors to determine whether this time will be managed as work hour adjustments, compensatory time, or paid overtime.

Commencement is our chance, as a campus community, to celebrate and honor the hard work and accomplishments of our students, and it would not happen without your support. Thank you for all you do.
