Tuition Reduction Authorization Forms

As part of ISU's total compensation package, benefited employees and their spouses are eligible for a tuition reduction benefit to pay just $5.00 per credit plus a $20.00 registration fee per semester. Also, one qualifying dependent may have their tuition reduced by 50% per semester. Please see the forms linked below for more information and considerations regarding other fees and potential tax consequences. Forms must be completed each semester to be eligible.

To take advantage of this benefit, please make sure you complete the tuition reduction form(s)* via the DocuSign links below by the first day of class to avoid late fees and no later than the add/drop dates (August 23 for early 8 week classes, August 30 for full semester classes and October 18 for late 8 week classes). 

Please note that late tuition reduction forms will not be accepted. 

*It is the employee’s responsibility to confirm their form(s) are fully signed and submitted to student financial services. The employee will receive a completed copy of the DocuSign form via email once all parties have signed. They can check their student Account Summary (MyISU > Online Fee Payment) to ensure the reduction has been applied - please allow up to 5 business days for this to reflect in the account summary once the form has been signed by all parties.
