TigerTracks Portal Refresh is Live

On June 21, 2024, the Information Technology Services department launched a newly redesigned TigerTracks Portal. Over the past four months, they gathered feedback from university faculty, staff, and students in order to update and improve the TigerTracks interface to give it a more modern look and feel.

The updated features include:

• Convenient access to service forms
• IT Announcement section for important IT messages
• Personalized IT Help tabs for students, faculty, and staff
• IT Alerts Tab to stay updated on IT maintenance and outages
• Updated search methods to find IT self-help solutions
• Easy button for Click to Chat, ISU's live online IT support.
