Third Annual Academic Advising Awards Ceremony Honors Service to Students and Community

On Tuesday, May 7, the Advising Community at Idaho State (AC@IS) hosted its 3rd annual awards ceremony.
The Annual Advising Awards recognize individuals who work with, for, and in favor of students in an academic advising capacity, and those who have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the profession of academic
advising.
- Jay Broda who supports College of Science and Engineering students for the Office of Academic Advising, received the Outstanding New Advisor Award.
- Karen Fullmer, Office of Academic Advising, received the Outstanding Advising—Primary Role Award.
- Kolby Cordingly, Associate Lecturer in Human Performance and Sport Studies earned the Outstanding Advising—Faculty Advisor Award
- Suzanne Peck, Senior Dual Credit Coordinator, Early College Program, was recognized with the Advocate in Advising: Friend to the Community Award.
