Taking the Summer Off? Purchase a Student Rec Center Gap Membership

Are you taking the summer off course work? A “gap” membership is available for ISU students to keep working out this summer at the Student Rec Center.
How much does it cost?
If you are not taking summer classes but want to continue to use the gym, the gap fee is $50 for gym use May 4 through August 18.
Where do I pay?
Make membership purchases at the Student Rec Center Front Desk (at the turnstile entrance). Cash, Visa, Mastercard, or ApplePay is accepted.
If I am taking summer classes, do I still have to buy a membership?
If you are a fee-paying student enrolled in any of the summer terms, your membership will be valid for the entire summer term. Please note: your membership will not be active until summer tuition and fees have been paid.
How do I show I am enrolled in Fall 2024 classes?
Starting May 6, students registered for fall classes will be flagged as “active” in our system. Students may also be asked to pull up their myISU account to show staff their course registration page.
