May 16, 2024

Three Idaho State University students took first place at the Business Professionals of America (BPA) National Leadership Conference in Chicago this week.

Cali Madsen, Cara Shuldberg, and Brandi Blair are all business education majors at the College of Education and competed in the Ethical Leadership and Decision Making category. Their topic included advising a hypothetical teen girl in a dilemma.

In addition to winning first place and receiving $500, they had the opportunity to engage with innovative professionals during the National Showcase Business panel where they asked questions to industry representatives from Fortune 500 companies around the country.
