April 22, 2024

Faculty and graduate students who are interested in Molecular Research Core Facility are invited to fill out a short survey to share if the facility is meeting the demands of ISU researchers, and if not what instruments or services should be considered.

The MRCF currently offers a wide variety of molecular services, including: sanger and NGS DNA / RNA sequencing, qPCR, fragment analysis, nucleic acid extraction and sample preparation. We also have instrumentation for shared use including: Nanodrop, multi-mode plate reader, PCR and qPCR machines, gel imaging station, qubit, flow cytometry, advanced microscopy and more.

For a full list of what we offer please see  the facility's website. Email addresses will be collected with every survey submission, and only used to follow up with instrument / service requests.
