Leadership Development Program Coming This Fall

This fall Human Resources will once again offer a Leadership Development Program. This is a two hour workshop every Wednesday from 10am - 12pm, beginning on September 11, and wrapping up with a graduation celebration lunch on November 20. Topics will include the CliftonStrengths based leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Bold Path Forward with President Wagner and many other topics taught by subject matter experts from ISU.

Below is a schedule. All classes will be via Zoom, except for the Leadership Panel.

If you would like to register for this weekly series of workshops we would love to have you. Due to the time commitment it is recommended that you check with your supervisor before enrolling. Attendance is not mandatory to all workshops (we understand that life/work happens) but is expected. Please register by August 31, 2024.
