Jonathan Fardy publishes new book

Jonathan Fardy, associate professor of art history and chair of the Department of Art, has published his fifth book: Ideology and Interpellation: Anti-Humanism to Non-Philosophy with Bloomsbury. The book examines Louis Althusser's 1970 theory of ideology and its impact on three thinkers who have followed in Althusser's wake: Jacques Ranciere, Jean Baudrillard, and Francois Laruelle.
