December Recruitment Newsletter

December is always a great month in Admissions to close out the year. We hosted Idaho Scholars on December 13 in the new ICCU Bengal Alumni Center, an event that was a huge success. With 464 people in attendance, this was our largest attendance to date, with almost double the number of attendees than last year. With 98 percent survey feedback, we look forward to this event's continued growth and success. 

In addition, before the winter break, our team visited 24 high schools and hosted 64 individual tours and one campus group tour. Through our various email, text, and print communications, we had almost 270,000 contacts with students in December. Compared to last year, that is a 450 percent increase in communication with future Bengals, potential students, and parents. 

Our recruitment team also attended the Bingham County College Fair and Jefferson High School College Fair, where we interacted with students from high schools all over southeast Idaho.
