The project working group is excited to share some important updates about the ongoing Opportunity Aligned Resourcing - OAR (formerly Budget Optimization Initiative - BOI) Administrative Support Services project. Website Launch Our new website is now live and ready to explore. This platform will serve as a central hub for all information related to the OAR Administrative Project. You can access project updates, important documents, and upcoming event details. Additionally, there is a "Get Involved/Feedback" section where you can provide your input through a survey. We encourage you to visit the website and stay informed about our progress.

Supervisor Survey Starting the week of August 12, we will be distributing a comprehensive supervisor survey. This survey will be open for three weeks, and we strongly encourage all supervisors to participate. Your insights and feedback are vital for identifying areas where we can improve our administrative processes and better support our staff and faculty.

Stakeholder Meetings and Listening Sessions We will be leading a series of stakeholder meetings and listening sessions throughout the coming months. These sessions are designed to gather input directly from those who are most affected by our administrative processes. Your voices matter, and we want to ensure that we are addressing the real challenges and opportunities within our community.

Focus Groups We are in the process of developing several focus groups, which are targeted to begin in the fall. These groups will be formed based on insights gained from our recent task and responsibility survey, specifically targeting administrative support and processing roles.
