Admissions and Recruitment March Update

March continues to be a very active month in Admissions. Our Admissions team was in full swing with Idaho’s Higher Education Tour, visiting juniors from 60 high schools to share what Idaho State has to offer. In addition, we had a lot of students on campus, with 130 individualized campus visits and 12 group tours. We are so grateful for the faculty and staff willing to meet with our prospective students even during spring break.

Kicking off our second year with ISU Academic Signing Days, we doubled the number of schools this year, including 14 high schools in the Magic Valley, Southeast Idaho, and the Treasure Valley. This event acknowledges and showcases academic excellence in a way similar to National Letter of Intent days. Starting at Meridian Medical Arts High School on March 4, 2024, we visited 12 more schools throughout March, recognizing 857 scholarship recipients. With one more ISU Academic Signing Day in April, we are excited to celebrate even more future Bengals!     

Lastly, Bengal Visit Day is less than two weeks away, when we will be welcoming over 1,600 students, parents, and counselors on campus. We want to thank the fantastic faculty, staff, and current students who help us make events like these possible!
