Admissions and Recruitment April Update

April is one of ISU Admission's favorite months. Our largest recruitment event, Bengal Visit Day, welcomed 1,314 potential Bengals and their families on campus to experience all that ISU offers. Between academic explorations, campus and housing tours, a club and organization fair, student resource sessions, a food truck lunch, and other on-campus events, potential Bengals had a chance to immerse themselves in Bengal life. As always, we truly appreciate all the faculty, staff, and current students who make this event so successful! 

In addition to Bengal Visit Day, we started April with our final ISU Academic Signing Day for 2024 at Bear Lake High School. This was our first signing day with Bear Lake High School, and we greatly appreciated them allowing us to celebrate 41 future Bengals. 

Lastly, in April, our ISU Admissions team visited 43 high schools and one middle school and attended 25 college fairs. In addition to traveling to Nevada and Washington, our staff was everywhere throughout the state of Idaho. We also welcomed quite a few students on campus, hosting 98 individualized campus visits and 7 group tours. We are so grateful that our outstanding faculty and staff are willing to meet with prospective students and their families.
