A Message from Staff Council President Jena Lords

Idaho State University Staff,
I am honored to serve as your Staff Council President and proud to represent staff this year. I love Idaho State, and I love being a Bengal!

First, I want to express my gratitude and thank our past president, Jessy Sears, for their excellent leadership in the 2023-2024 academic year. Their dedication set a high standard for us to follow.

I hope everyone was able to take some time off to enjoy summer! As we begin a new academic year, I am excited to welcome you back to campus and warmly welcome those joining the campus community for the first time.

To our new staff members, we are ecstatic to have you join our team with your unique talents and perspectives. We encourage you to take advantage of the resources available and reach out to us for guidance as you take on your new roles.

To our returning staff, your dedication and hard work are invaluable and the foundation of our success. Your commitment to excellence is sincerely appreciated because we have accomplished so much together, and we look forward to achieving even more this year.

This is a time of anticipation and excitement! A new presidency brings fresh possibilities for collaboration, growth, and innovation. The start of a new year is for new beginnings and renewed energy. It is a chance to reflect on our achievements and focus on the challenges and opportunities ahead.
