United Way and Idaho State University to Kickoff 68th Annual Giving Campaign

September 12, 2024

The United Way/Idaho State University Campaign Planning Committee is excited to announce the 68th Annual ISU United Way Employee Giving Campaign.

Across the nation, United Way is dedicated to building powerful partnerships that improve outcomes for children, families, and individuals in need. The United Way works with strongly aligned community organizations, such as ISU, to provide support in these three pillars for success: health, education and financial stability. The focus for United Way of Southeastern Idaho is in serving members of the ALICE population, who are Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed, some of whom are our fellow ISU employees and students.

During the campaign, employee contributions, large or small, help make a powerful impact in providing opportunities for ALICE families, who despite working hard, are struggling to make ends meet. These families are often just one crisis away from being unable to pay rent, or being forced to choose between food or paying the bills each month.

You can donate through a payroll deduction, starting the first paycheck in January, or with check, cash, or card by attending one of our fun events.

We support all of our employees and their personal choices in charitable giving. The annual ISU United Way Campaign is one optional pathway for you to make a contribution to your charity of preference, but you are under no obligation to do so. All donations will be funneled to the United Way in your area!
