Participate in the ISU Wellness Center Bengal Self-Care Challenge for your chance to win some cozy autumn prizes!

2. Tag a friend attending ISU in the comments below.
3. Upload a post or story of you participating in one of the activities from the "Week One" options during week one of the challenge.
4. Upload a post or story of you participating in one of the activities from the "Week Two" options during week two of the challenge.
5. Get your name entered into a randomized drawing for a chance to win a gift basket with a Stanley water bottle, orange fuzzy blanket, a journal, and more cozy prizes!
6. Get your named entered into the drawing TWICE by uploading a post or story of you participating in an activity from "Week One" and "Week Two".
